He was effective in negotiating the sale despite ongoing condo association projects that complicated the deal.Then working as my Buyer's agent in a strong Seller's market Mike helped me locate the perfect home for us in a relatively short period of time. He was readily available to check out houses and was extremely knowledgeable about the markets in my area of interest in north Seattle. His insights into each house we viewed were based on solid understanding of building construction, infrastructure features, neighborhood traffic and growth patterns and property history. Mike shared maps of up-zoning and explained the implications of upcoming changes along the I-corridor. He gave me great advice in how to put forward a competitive offer which was fair to both me and the buyer. I made one offer which was accepted with minor negotiations and closed within a month.Most importantly, I had fun exploring the market with Mike.
