ZillowVERIFIEDA TRUSTED, PROFESSIONAL REALTOR. We used Mike's excellent realtor services to buy a new home and weeks later enlisted his services to sell our former home. In both instances, we were very pleased with the results. Mike is professional, courteous, friendly, and capable in all aspects of real estate. We recommend Mike to others without hesitation or reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Robinson went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home. Besides hooking us up to sophisticated software to review available houses, he on short notice showed us houses when we had a brief window, and met us with our contractor after hours to walk through. Very professional and nice!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is very knowledgable about the local real estate market, plus had good advice about making our home attractive for sale. The best thing was that, knowing we wanted to sell quickly, he started with a low-end asking price, enabling us to sell within 48 hours of going on the market. We had three offers to choose from, and one was well above our asking price, so not only did we sell quickly, but sold at the true market value of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn helped us find a home, but did work closely with Mike through the process. It was obvious that they were focused on providing the best service possible for their clients. Lynn did not simply help us find a house; she helped us find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have enjoyed the services of Mike Robinson for both the purchase of our first home, and more recently, as a listing agent when we decided it was time to sell. Simply put, Mike Robinson is the best in the industry. Mike gets to know you and connects on a personal level, so he can understand your wants, needs, and concerns, whether buying or selling. He provides invaluable insight and advice based on his many years of experience. When we decided to sell our home, we thought it would be quite a daunting task. Mike made this experience as easy and efficient as possible. Our house sold much quicker than we expected, thanks to Mike's guidance.I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. If you are looking for an agent to assist in the purchase or sale of a home in his area, Mike Robinson should clearly be your first choice.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Amy Swain-Johnson from Mike's office and could not have been more satisfied. I spoke with her in June and told her we were just looking but would contact her in a few months when we were ready. As soon as we called she was ready. She listened to exactly what we needed in a home and found us several listings that were good but not perfect. Then she encouraged us to think outside the box and we found our perfect place. Amy was very good at keeping in touch and staying on top of all the details. We would recommend her and the team at Mike Robinson without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED I was moving to Georgia as part of a promotion with my company. Mike was recommended to me by a family member. I gave Mike a guideline and some homes we had seen on line that we were interested in. Mike showed us those homes and then showed us a home that he felt was perfect for us but was a little higher than our target price. The home he picked out was indeed perfect, but required some skillful negotiating with the owner in order to make a deal that was palpable for both of us. HE DELIVERED! His advice and guidance throughout the process was perfect. This was my third time going though a home purchase and by far, it was the best. I would hire Mike without hesitation for a future home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to say how much Mike Robinson meant to my family when purchasing and selling the same home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law, the area, the community and is just pleasant to have a conversation with. He is a straight shooter and at know time during our process did he steer us in the wrong direction. Mike Robinson is by far the best realtor in the area and I would recommend him over any other colleague in his area. Anyone who chooses Mike Robinson is in great hands and will not disappointed.

His negotiating skills and suggestions were very helpful in arriving at mutually acceptable terms on both deals. We are thankful for his long hours and tenacious servant spirit. We recommend him highly!
