Despite the inventory in the area being low to almost non-existent Mike presented us many viable options including a few off-market we had not seen on any of the listing websites. Once he found exactly what we had been looking for, he was able to negotiate below list in a submarket where everything seems to be going 10-20% above list. While we had issues with the lender getting the loan funded in time, Mike consistently held our hand and pushed the process along including securing an extension. We are highly impressed and would definitely use Mike again to sell this one when our family outgrows it and help us secure our next investment property. We are so grateful for him. My last home sale was an emergent situation due to a legal problem I was having , but he knew how to deal with it and he handled it quick enough that I didnt lose my home. Within 2 days, I was offered 13k above my listed price AND I didnt have to pay 8k in closing costs!!! He also closed under 30 days. He humbly helped me with EVERYTHING that I wasn't able take care of and even stayed available on my closing day just in case i needed extra help to move. (I totally freaked and called him.)
