Mike and his team were great (despite the issues I had with the contracted closing attorney)! My home sell may have been a relatively small one for him but I did not get any inclination that he viewed it that way. I do believe he got me top dollar on my sale, as I had another agent give me a significantly lower listing price than what Mike suggested. The listing price was much higher than I expected, the highest anything had ever been listed at in that neighborhood, but just as Mike told me we had multiple offers the first weekend. Before I met Mike I had another agent that I had used for four transactions, but I went with Mike because of his knowledge and confidence when we met. I know I will be using him again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.
