ZillowVERIFIED Mike sold our house in the middle of the pandemic for full asking price within 96 hours of listing. What more could we have wanted? (Mike followed all the rules, was allowed by the state to operate, and went above-and-beyond with cleanliness, mask wear, etc). The amazing, high-definition 3D walkthrough and drone camera shots allowed perspective buyers to tour the house without risk of exposure to them or us. Mike was able to keep non-serious buyers away and limit the showings to only those truly interested in buying. My husband and I used every bit of his time that we could in the 2+ months it took to find our perfect house. Mike made himself available at all hours of the day and any day of the week including Saturdays and Sundays. He works with a variety of clients at any given time, but we never felt rushed or like less of a priority. He was our positive cheerleader when we were outbid on a house that I was pretty bummed about, only to turn around and find our house which was so much better and more fitting for us than the one we had lost (goes to show everything happens for a reason). ZillowVERIFIED We had a good start with Mike regarding selling our home but it quickly took a turn for the worst. Mikes photographer made our home look cartoony and overly photoshopped. Mike's assistant Sierra made a poor inpression as well. A few major things were overlooked on our input paperwork which I happened to catch. After confronting him on his errors he backed out of the deal 1 day before our house was supposed to go live!!! He admitted to working with 9 other clients at the same time as us! It became apparent that his greed got in the way of bring able to spend adequet time with us. I'm very upset as I have put hundreds of dollars down filling out rental applications all for nothing! Steer clear of this guy. He is a freaking joke!
