Mike and Lenka are excellent realtors. They sold our home when others could not and for asking price and quickly. Attention to detail, aggressive marketing and follow up. Top ten percent of all realtors. Professional, honest, straightforward and fun. Cheers to both of them.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe struggled with our first Realtor in terms of pricing and lack of showings and had to start over. Lenka and Mike came to us and listened to what we needed and promised to look out for us. That was enough for us. They did an amazing job of assisting with marketing and pushing us to do what we needed and working quickly to sell our home. We were able to quadruple our showings in just one week and they guided us through the entire process. In this market we received a quality offer at asking price which is rare. Within 3 weeks we had 2 offers. The attention to detail, efficiency and common-sense communication was 100% above our expectations. They are in the top 5% of all realtors. Lenka handles the details and Mike is a pro at the resolution and negotiations. Together, I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want to find someone where you are not just another listing or a chance to post a video where you are putting a sign in the yard without the substance, Mike and Lenka are the ones for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike and Lenka are an amazing team and duo. This team has been beyond patient, kind, flexible, and understanding in my home search process. They have been attentive to the needs I've requested for myself as my goals have switched and changed along the process but they saw me through from a very casual search to a more aggressive search to finally putting an offer and walking me though close. I'm so grateful to this team and can't wait to invite them to MY FIRST HOME once it is all together!!! If you are searching, I'd highly recommend you work with Mike and Lenka Garcia!!!

Mike is also very well-versed at dealing with other real estate agents. He was always available to answer my questions and provide me with timely updates. Hes cool, calm mindset, kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence to get the job done! The support and organizational skills from Lenka Garcia truly set this teams service apart from others. ZillowVERIFIED Mike was an amazing realtor during the entire process. Our buy was a little tougher since I was living internationally but Mike took care of everything. He even found local contractors to do estimates after our home inspection and when we had a few problems with the seller Mike was able to make everything right. Great guy and great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you for such a great job! The Garcia's team helped us incredibly to buy our home from long distance. We really appreciate their hard work especially in this tight market and our inability to be there in person. Could not find better team!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold two investment properties with Mike and Lenka in the past. Last week I used them to acquire a personal residence. These two are experts at what they do. Mike is a seasoned pro who knows land and houses having worked in several areas of real estate over his career. He is excellent at getting the information on potential properties ahead of time so as not to waste my time, while patient when I turn down houses after visiting and realize they arent quite what I'm looking for. In the end we always find the right thing for my needs.Lenka is a contract wizard. She knows the ins and out of the paperwork and the legal intricacies of real estate transactions. She is particularly careful to protect my interests whether I am the buyer or seller on a property.I recommend Mike and Lenka to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell property in the Atlanta market. You will not find a more competent and diligent real estate team.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike and Lenka were extremely helpful from listing our home, showings at open houses and negotiations with perspective buyers. They responded to all our calls promptly and assisted us throughout the sale of our home. They recommended excellent handyman and contractors for all the repairs we needed. They are very professional and good people! I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Mike on the internet. He was the perfect person to help us. He took time to listen and had the knowledge to solve our problem. He connected us to an agent in another state when we could not find what we wanted in his. We found a home the second day of our search and with her connections we were able to work with local vendors and get work done quickly and efficiently. Thanks Mike. You are special!

Mike and Lenka were great. I am a first time home buyer & I had a lot of questions. They never once made me feel I was bothering them They were very attentive. They are both extremely hard working and always there when I needed them. Sometimes I wonder if they ever sleep! No complaints! I'd work with Them again, No doubt! 2 of the best, in my opinion. Thanks, for all you do.

Mike was absolutely tremendous. Professional, attentive to all details and a great source of information. He followed up immediately on any questions or issues that arose. He also recommended vendors to insure that my home was properly represented for sale. I would highly recommend Mike as your number one reference to both buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was referred to us by 2 other Harry Norman agents that were not familiar this area that we were interested in. Mike presented several potential properties. Most of which had potential other then location. We were relocating from northern Maine and looking for elbow room. Dahlonega area was our first choice for relocating. Ultimately, we settled on what is our home now. Mike was very responsive to all our questions re: the property, inspections and paperwork necessary for a timely closing.
