Mike was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the current market conditions.We had a potential issue with our appraisal coming in too low on the sale of our home. The loan was a VA loan and this issue had potential of us having to re-list our home. Because of Mike's knowledge of the market and comps in the area he was able to get the appraisal re-evaluated and the appraisal was modified to meet our needs. Mike also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. The purchase was a sell by owner, therefore there were many questions.
