City Realty, Inc.

Mike is great. I had "professional" pictures taken for my home listing. After failing with our first agent mike came in and took better pictures, wrote a better intro, knew what to do, then relisted our home and the views literally tripled. Mike is calm, cool and collected.

This was the first time me and my wife sold our home. We are totally impressed with how easy he explained the process, kept us informed as we progressed with the sale and how quickly we were able to close on the sale. I am glad to recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Thank you Mike! Over the past year, Mike sold our old house in 23 hours at full asking price and quickly helped us locate/purchase our new dream home! Mike is upfront, honest, easy to work with, and had our best interest in mind. He has made all our real estate processes run smoothly. Mike is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the local housing market. Mike also has a vast base of contacts ranging from a handy man to financing. Mike will be our real estate professional for any future real estate needs and we highly recommend him to family and friends! - Kevin and Karli

I highly recommend Mike Conner if you are looking for an agent in the Olympia/Lacey area. Mike was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the current market conditions. We had a potential issue with our appraisal coming in too low on the sale of our home. The loan was a VA loan and this issue had potential of us having to re-list our home. Because of Mike's knowledge of the market and comps in the area he was able to get the appraisal re-evaluated and the appraisal was modified to meet our needs. Mike also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. The purchase was a sell by owner, therefore there were many questions. He was professional and was able to answer both parties questions to help us complete the transaction.I promise you will be very satisfied by choosing Mike Conner in any of your real estate needs.
