ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the pleasure of being referred to Miguel Pompa as our real estate agent. We were both first time home buyers and we had a lot of questions. Miguel was always patient and would answer all our questions even on the weekends. The most amazing part of everything is that Miguel and his team would go above and beyond to solve any issues that would arise throughout the home buying process. He really poured his heart and soul into our home buying experience. We appreciated that he would work around our work schedules and even when he had to drive quite a way to show us a home he would never complain. Towards the end of our escrow we did encounter some hiccups (not on Miguel's part), but he did try to resolve them and even hunt down people who needed to get things done. We definitely made the right call in choosing him as our agent. If you want someone that cares about you, that is patient and explains the process in simple terms choose Miguel. We are happy to have purchased our forever home with his help! Thank you Miguel for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Miguel was super helpful in helping me discover my ideal neighborhood/neighborhoods after moving to California from the East Coast. Even though for a period of time I decided to press pause on home search for a while, he was super courteous and helpful to check on how my move had been going and whenever I decide to come out in the market hes readily available. Whenever I needed help like pre-approval , the right lender, credit score etc. he was able to help point me in the right direction and give his own guidance on matter . Not only that he took me to tours even though he knew I wasnt actively out there, which was quite selfless as I was not an immediate profit. Even though didnt end up buying through Miguel as my agent I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking as he can be a great resource ! Recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, after only viewing 3 homes, I had found my dream home. Miguel was very involved throughout the entire process, he relayed all the information in a timely matter. Was capable and willing of answering all of my questions regarding the home. Although buying a home is notorious for being stressful Miguel was able to make this home buying experience absolutely memorable in the best way possible!

ZillowVERIFIED Miguel was very knowledgeable and patient. We felt like he represented our best interests in the many offers we put in before we were finally accepted. He answered our calls day and night along with his colleagues/ partner when we had questions or needed information on a house in this seller's market. We appreciate him keeping us updated on each step and walking us through our first home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Miguel was in charge of my search from the start: he proposed the lodgings, managed their visits, did show what he considered as the best choice for me and convinced me, negotiated with the sellers for a better price, answered my worries and my questions. And I bought the condo he recommended. Besides he negotiated the various repairs which we deemed necessary and succeeded in having them paid by the sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Loved the experience, Miguel was patient and listened to what I was looking for. Definitely a great first time home buying experience! We saw a few homes and with no luck at first. But Miguel found my perfect home and with his help we were able to have an easy closing.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Miguel as a realtor was very positive. Coming in as a first time buyer, I was very nervous. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which calmed my anxiety down on a few occasions. I didnt feel like he was being pushy and trying to get us into the first house we saw. We explained what was needed and he even threw ideas to use the rooms to better maximize them. I recommend Miguel and his whole office to all my friends who are looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer I was nervous and clueless during my search for my first home. Miguel put in the work to narrow my search for me and spent long hours looking at each property with me whilst providing me helpful feedback and knowledge. He made sure I got the best deal out of my counteroffer and streamlined the whole escrow process for me. My parents are looking to buy a home too and I will absolutely have Miguel again as my agent.
