ZillowVERIFIED We used Aurelio Osorio to purchase our new home in Huntington Beach, CA, and we was absolutely amazing! Because the real estate market has been fluctuating in the past years, we were a bit hesitant to get on the market. However, considering our growing family, we decided we needed to do it. Paying so much for rent for something that was not ours was becoming a real financial burden. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice. When we first met Aurelio, he immediately let us know that his job was more than just selling - that he wanted to provide excellent service as a way to help his community live comfortably and happily. Through his knowledge, he proved that time and again, he not only knew what he was doing, but also that he had our best interests at heart. For example, we are reminded of each time we viewed a new property and how Aurelio would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of build, finish, appliances, and more. Many times, he alerted us to things that we would not have noticed ourselves, thereby saving us from potentially buying something not best suited for us, and for care like that, we are so grateful! Aurelio also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. This was great because I am a bad negotiator and so, I do not know what I would have done without his expertise and professionalism. Not long after working with Aurelio, we found a home that was perfect for us. We have been living here 3 months now and are completely happy with our purchase. Everything about our home is perfect for us, and I truly believe we are in the right home for our small family thanks to the diligence, care, and authenticity of Aurelio. We could not be happier!!!
