We have multiple real estate experiences in the past, having sold and purchased several properties, and so we're in a very good position to evaluate the quality of a realtor. Without any doubt Mick was simply the best realtor we've had, by leaps and bounds. First, he was an excellent ambassador for the town of Pullman--I would challenge anyone to find someone who knows more. As he gave us his tour, he gave us informed overviews of each neighborhood, typically describing what houses had sold for, who had moved in, their strengths, weaknesses, etc. But he also could describe in detail current civic projects, businesses, future businesses, etc. Mick quickly got a good sense of what we were looking for and showed us all the possibilities, noting in each case if any issues with a particular property needed to be considered. We ultimately bought a new house that was still being built and we were out of state while we had to make construction decisions, make payments for above cost improvements, identify a good local bank, insurance, etc. Mick was there with us each step of the way, keeping track of the accounting transactions, offering expert advice about community resources (the kind only someone who has been in Pullman a long time and knows everyone can offer), and checking in with us. In short, I cannot offer a higher recommendation as a realtor. You will be in extremely competent and responsive hands.

During the first year, 2015, we discovered that the boundary/property, water, & sewer lines on all four needed to be surveyed as they had not been properly done. That put a halt to the process of selling until I could get the lines surveyed & recorded. Once that was done, Mick was able to get a buyer for my two duplexes & we sold those. This year, 2016, we were able to sell my two cute small homes. I was amazed that Mick chose to stay with me as there are larger homes he could have earned larger commissions on.
