Michelle and team have represented me with my rental property for many years. Managing the property while living out of state was difficult so Michelle willingly coordinated repairs and updates in between tenants and was able to quickly find quality tenants on multiple occasions. Recently Michelle managed the home preparation to sell. This included providing expert advice on colors, fixtures and updates as well as recommending and interfacing with the contractor. Once on the market, the home sold in 8 days. Michelle and team are honest, knowledgeable, hard working, professional and truly people you can trust.
