I'm a full-time REALTORA(R) with Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters, specializing in Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Redlands and the surrounding Inland Empire. I have extensive experience working with traditional buyers and sellers, as well as 55+ and active-adult communities, downsizing, probate and trust sales, and more complex real estate transactions. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRESA(R)) and a resident of Sun Lakes Country Club, I have firsthand knowledge of the area's active-adult communities, including Sun Lakes, Solera, Four Seasons, Altis and Highland Springs Village.
