After having a bad experience with a prior realtor, I contacted Michelle and she immediately updated my house photos, and talked me thru her process of marketing and in five days my house was under contract. I was already moved out of state at this time and she made sure we had numerous conversations about showings and all of my concerns were promptly addressed. Her experience was greatly appreciated.

We were extremely fortunate to have contacted Michelle and her team when we decided to sell our home. At our first meeting with Michelle, it was apparent that she was a seasoned and experienced Realtor, offering advice on what we needed to do in order to get top dollar for our house. She and her team stayed in close contact and were always available for questions. I retired from a professional sales position about 5 years ago and when I began interviewing potential realtors, it was obvious that a majority were novices and did not have the drive and plan to achieve the goal. Salesmen know what it takes to be successful. Michelle helped guide us to multiple offers and we settled on a winning bid that was $10K over asking. The closing went very smoothly. So when it comes time to use the services of a Realtor, DONT use your neighbors daughter in law or that buddy that goes to your church. Choose a Realtor that has the wherewithal to help you reach your goal. We would whole heartedly recommend Michelle Queen and Team to represent serious homeowners looking for a Pro.

ZillowVERIFIED Good knowledge of Cartersville and surrounding area....... Put up with my panic attacks......Was very helpful in the negotiations between myself and the owners power of attorney. This was not the best time in my life and I was about to give up on finding a home and was almost resigned to battling Atlanta inner city issues for another year or so. The home was in my financial parameters and had features I found appealing.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle sold my parents home in record time. Her service, knowledge, and timely communication are top notch. With lots of questions about the selling process, she was able to swiftly and easily navigate us through everything that needed to be done. More important than her knowledge and hard work was her kindness. Even in the most stressful moments she took time to listen and care. It has meant a lot to us and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with the of working with Michelle. She called back from initial contact on a Friday night the same night. I was amazed at how fast the market was working but we had people from the team guiding us through it all. We were able to exceed our asking price which was a plus. ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience working with the Reality Queen crew! They found me the home that I now live in and worked to negotiate with the seller to my needs. They were present even on the weekends to answer my questions and quell my concerns. Michael was very kind and I got a cool fatherly vibe from him. He shook my hand and said "Let's find you a house to call home!" and their team did! I chose him to be my realtor because he wasn't trying to get me to a buy a lemon house to move me along quickly like every other realtor I tried. They cared to make sure I got a home that I loved and didn't ever try to pressure me to buy a home that I wasn't into. I'd work with them again and recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent communication and negotiating. Michelle has the skills and resources to get your home sold for more. We had at least 50 showings the first 4 days of being listed with multiple offers the first and second day that were $3-10K above listing price. We ended up selling for $11,500 more than we listed for after a bidding war. Even after we stopped taking new offers people were constantly trying to see the house and stopping by to see it even if they couldnt get an approved showing time. This proves how effective Michelle was at getting our house out in the market for buyers to see it. We took her advice on how to get the house ready to sell and it worked really well. The pictures looked amazing. There were some things we would not have been able to do to get the house ready so Michelle had a reliable contractor who could help. She even got it worked out to pay the contractor at closing so there was no risk to us on the money spent on repairs. If you want to sell your house, I Paul Craig recommend Michelle Queen to you. Just do it.

She made herself available to answer all of our question, help us find the best home for us, and truly knows a lot about the area. As a first time home buyer, we honestly didn't know what to do, but she walked us through everything step by step. Karen is not only a knowledgeable real estate agent, but she genuinely cares about her clients and finding them the best home possible. I am so glad we had Karen and the Realty Queen and Team on our side though all of this. Thank you so much!
