Michelle was very helpful, in every way. She walked through the house with her phone sending me pictures as I was not able to go there. She also told me what she saw as she walked trying to show me each detail including dates on water heater & furnace. She knew about the area and helped with negotiations. After I was closed she still was there helping, by giving me names and numbers for contractors. Going above and beyond what she had to do. She is now a friend to me.

This is the second time Ive used Michelles services; the first time in 2013 when I purchased my current home, and now in 2021 as I am selling same home.
