ZillowVERIFIED Michell and Rob are amazing agents. We have known them for over 6 years and bought 2 properties with their help. Rob has unique skillset because he is a builder and also a realtor. Rob has over 30 years of industry experience and seen it all. We toured homes with Rob. Michelle helped us facilitate communication and schedule tours. Most of our in person interactions were with Rob. He has great sense of humor and a straight shooter. There are times he has advised us not to put offers properties we liked as he identified some structural issues or end up being money pit. Rob reads market, understands the propertys structure and assesses our financial situation. Based on these factors he advises what contingencies to put while writing offers. On both instances from our first property tour to offer acceptance time was less than 2 weeks (I am being honest here and our friends/family have hard time believing this too). They also provide amazing support after settlement as well. When we settled on our first property on the next day we discovered a plumbing issues (only noticeable if you keep shower running for 10-15 minutes). Michelle and Rob took care of it while we were traveling. For our second purchase, we had a condition on the mortgage to find a suitable tenant before closing. They helped out with finding us a suitable tenants and helped us fix various issues around property before tenant moved in. Rob and Michelle one stop shop for real estate needs. They are always make time to tour homes, answer questions on housing market or simply provide support with property maintenance. We have been working with them for over last 6 years and will gladly work with them in future.

To say the least, buying a house it's an art and it requires an agent who is reliable, honest, with extensive market knowledge, a great reputation and serious negotiation skills. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Michelle and Robert was the single biggest mistake of my adult life, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Which is unfortunate, because they were pretty nice and mostly okay to work with during the house-buying process. As a single 30-something first-time homebuyer, I put a lot of trust in their knowledge and recommendations - but in the end I overpaid for my condo by tens of thousands of dollars by taking their shoddy advice. I wasn't in a rush and put a lot of emphasis on waiting and finding the right place, but Robert kept repeating the mantra of "prices will never go down in this area; you have to get that in your head." Clearly he was wrong or just plain lying as prices have dropped drastically in the entire area. When the time came to buy I asked for an escalation clause on my offer starting from list price, but they recommended going straight to $15K over list price. They said it was "the only way" I would get the place - pretty sure there weren't any other offers and I easily could've gotten it at list price. I did end up with the place, but it's evident now there was no reason for that, and they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. After all was said and done, I expressed some dissatisfaction in the process and how all my friends and family were talking about how badly I was ripped off. Robert called me to discuss, and he said, "Just wait - six months from now you'll have made all your money back and more, and you'll be VERY happy with your purchase!" Well, it's been more than six months, prices are down across the board in the area, and similar units in my complex are selling for $25,000 - $40,000 less than I paid for mine. The worst part is I actually liked the place - but I can't EVER enjoy it or feel any pride in it knowing how badly I was ripped off. Every time I walk in is just a reminder of how tight my financial situation is now and I will never get that money back. Moreover, I feel stuck, as there is little hope I would be able to sell and break even and get something a little cheaper any time soon. I get that real estate markets fluctuate and can be unpredictable. But for two people who act as experts that claim to have 30 years' experience and plenty of time in the area, I would expect a bit more prescience and guidance in securing the best possible price for a client - especially when said client was not in a hurry to buy. So don't be fooled or taken in by their nice demeanor. They're either clearly not as knowledgable as they claim to be, or are just looking to price gauge and get the highest commission possible out of their clients. And for that, I can't ever recommend working with these two.

I'm not from this area and had no idea as to what neighborhoods were prime and safe. I shared with her our situation and what we desired for a home. Michelle went far and beyond on what I would expect from an agent. She FOUND OUR HOME within (2) TWO days even with a competitive offer of thousands more than are offer. She has an excellent rapport with other agents and was able to get the homeowners to accept our offer. We wanted to remodel the bathrooms, kitchen, fence and build a deck. She's very savvy and rendered assistance in the remodeling. She provided local contractors that I'm currently doing business with and am extremely satisfied. Communication with the homeowner's agent, was necessary, she was able to gain access every time for contractor appraisals. She also met with contractors if I was not able. She has followed up with me several times pertaining to the contractors work. I would recommend her contractors to anyone. I also would definitely recommend Michelle! She's invested much of her time including faxing, receiving and sending emails, phone calls to the loan Institutes, my bank and tax accountant. It was all cash and closed before Christmas with only 15 days. I had a bad experience with two other agents. But I will honestly say next time we buy or sell it will be with them.... They went over and beyond any agent to get the home sold....

ZillowVERIFIED A very great experience. Michele and Robert sold my dad's condo. I had a bad experience with my realtor when we bought my home. And the first realtor my dad chose did a poor job. I interviewed three agents and non was as prepared as Michelle and Robert. And Michelle and Robert was the first I'm the interview process. They did everything they could to sell it fast. We got a cash offer over the list and sold it with a 15 day close. One huge thing is communication. And they would call me and let me know every update, every offer and every strategy. They truly know what they are doing and we sold the house for more then I thought we could get. I highly recommend them if you want a great time buying or selling your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED After speaking with a few agents in the area, we went back to Michelle and Robert to sell our father's estate. They were straight forward and helped in finding a good contractor as well as hard wood flooring guy to get the home ready for a quick sell. Our family had been the original owners of the home for it's first ~46 years, and besides basic upkeep, the home had not had much updating, except in the bathroom, which was remodeled about 18 months earlier for our aging father. We updated the rest of the home and had Michelle and Robert market it for the right buyer, looking for a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. The house was listed for 3 weeks, but after finding the right buyer, it closed within 5 more weeks. Me and my brothers could not have been happier about the process. One of the brothers is using them now to help him find his next home.

They were also very experience in helping figure out how to deal with the issue coming out of the inspection. It was a 6 month search during which time I texted and emailed them at all hours of the day and always received a kind, helpful, and timely response back at which point they would work around my complicated night shift schedule to get us in quickly to view new listings. They encouraged us to be patient and wait for our dream condo and never once made us feel bad or pressured for taking them to listing after listing with us. I always felt like they were on our side and the advice given was wise and truthful. They didn't want to sell us a house and move on but clearly were working to help us purchase the right home for us. As young, first time home buyers we really lucked out in finding this great duo!
