She was patient with us as she listed to our questions, concerns and dreams for our first home purchase. Michelle did a fabulous job of pulling us available houses within our budget and location desires and explained the pros and cons of each listing. She was flexible with our schedules for showings and was very quick with putting in offers. Michelle has an amazing line up of contacts for inspectors, mortgage broker and title companies - this took so much stress off our shoulders and we felt very confident and cared for in every company she recommended. Once I decided on a new build, she went to every appointment that required an in person meet to include the home inspection. She would even video chat with me to ensure i was getting the information. If i wasn't available, she would record it. Michelle also coordinated heavily for me with lenders ensuring my needs were met and intentions were properly coveyed. All her references were responsive, reliable and professional. I met Michelle and saw my home in person on the day I closed; everything was as great as she she stated and I was very happy. ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to a website that introduced me to Michelle. I am glad they referred Michelle as she is truly a professional caring and understanding individual. Michelle does not put on the sales push to sell a home. Michelle is energetic, confident and patient with buyers. I had some issues with the original lender I had been dealing with as a result of incompetence. I had chosen to use a local lender and they were very slow in processing the loan paperwork and struggled with underwriting. Had I asked Michelle for some suggestions on lenders, I would have had a better experience as I reached out to one of her referrals but was too deep into the processing to use the referral. It all worked out, and as a result of Michelles patience, and her teams effort I did not throw in the towel! Katy was absolutely fantastic throughout the strenuous process and kept everything on task with seller, lender, HOA, title etc. I will always recommend Michelle and her team and use them on my next purchase. The team knows how to get the deal done and has the referrals to get you through the daunting process of buying a home in Covid times! Keep up the great work Michelle and hope to have an opportunity to do business again on my next investment property.

ZillowVERIFIED If we could give Michelle 10 stars we would. We have bought and sold more homes than we can count and she is the best agent, nicest , honest and thorough person to work with. When we first thought about moving we were going to go through another company sell our home. We met Michelle when we started looking for another place to live and it became obvious very quickly that she listens to what we were asking her concerning what we wanted to buy. After seeing our home she told us that she though our house was worth much more than what we had been offered by that company. When we listed our house she had a lot of people on her team (photographer, staging, backups, etc) that were made available to us. When our listing went live we had over 60 showings in 2 1/2 days and 13 great offers that completely exceeded our hopes on what we thought our home was worth. She?s the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I must say, I took a chance on being paired up with a preferred agent from my lending company and this woman was absolutely amazing. She called me and let her know what I was looking for, what areas, my price range and she got right to work. She does this full-time so her time is dedicated to helping her clients and making sure they are happy through the end of this process. She is nowhere near pushy and however long the process might take, shes there with you. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and answered all questions that I thought to come up with. Anytime I called or text her, she responded immediately and was always early to whatever viewing we were scheduled to see that day. Towards the end of the process, there was an issue with a repair with the house and it would have been HOAs responsibility to get it repaired. Rather than have to wait on an answer from HOA on when the repair can be done, she spoke with the seller and split the cost of the repair to get this process done. She absolutely cares about seeing you in your home and I closed within a few days of the repair being completed. I would highly recommend Michelle to any other person looking to purchase a home.
