I connected with JP for my new home purchase this year and the difference in professionalism, real estate knowledge and process to close was phenomenal! Buying a home can be an overwhelming and stressful process, but with JP I knew what I needed to do every step of the way. And he made it SO EASY. I didn't even feel like I was overwhelmed during the entire process. JP showed me a few places to gauge what I was looking for. Once he had an idea, he provided recommendations on homes I should look at and the one I bought was his top recommendation! He also has a vast network of resources for lenders, landscapers, movers, etc. All of which I used because I completely trusted JP, and those other services turned out to be just as amazing. 10/10 will buy with JP Again! ZillowVERIFIED JP did a great job in helping us find the home we needed and wanted. He spent a lot of time with us as we were so reluctant and worried with the pandemic happening. We would look at homes then stop for several months than start again and we did this for 2 years. He was so patient with us and cared more about us finding the right place then getting a paycheck. He truly cares for his clients and wants the best for them. He is very knowledgeable of the area and what is the best for future sale if that is desired. He made the entire buying process so easy and painless. He figured out what my wife and I liked and he would always communicate with us when he spotted something that fit those needs. He was very easy to get a hold of when we found something we wanted to see and he would move quickly to get us there to view it in a very high demand market. I would recommend JP and his entire team because they are genuine and sincere and know what they are doing. Especially for 1st time home owners. He is the best.

He also has a great support team that helped us sell our house. ZillowVERIFIED I worked with JP for a short period of time simply because he is the best at what he do. To kick things off, JP explained the market we were currently in (Hot) and filled me in on any and everything I was unaware of and provided knowledge and understanding the whole way through. Now I'm very picky, so we got down to the bottom of exactly what I was looking to buy. With-in hours, I was receiving emails to listings that met my expectations and the best part was he provided his opinions and feed back which showed that he cared about what was right for me and my girlfriend and also understood what I wanted and did NOT waste any time as I was currently facing issues in a apartment lease I was trying to fight. He responded to every text/email/call etc and was always on time. I was never in the dark through-out the whole process. I really thought buying a home would be super difficult, but after working with JP, I see that it can be the complete opposite. Everything was smooth and JP was super reliable. I know who I'm calling when I buy my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with JP Brandvig from Relevate to purchase a new home and had a great experience working with him. My wife and I wanted to downsize and were not in any rush. You would think this would make us a less valuable client, but we never felt that way. JP was very patient as we viewed a ton of houses and helped us stay inline with our goals. At one point we found a house we like that wasn't much of a downsize and he steered us back on track. We ended up in a great neighborhood, and a house that helped us meet our goals! JP was always available (even after closing) to answer our abusive amount of questions, and also put us in touch with some movers and jack-of-all-trades contractor that can help us make the touch ups we want to do to the home. He really made the home buying process less burdensome.

Being a first time home buyer, I knew I had a lot to learn as the search goes so I was not in a hurry to purchase a property. However, when JP learned my situation, he did not frown or try to push me to other agents. In fact, he asked me what kind of property I might be interested in and listened to my needs so that he could build a list of potential properties to show me. Moreover, he always answered, and still do, to my questions in regards to real-estate and he always responds in a timely manner. JP took my needs and made it happen! My condo was up and listed within a week and sold within 3 days. I then was able to close on a house contingent with the closing of my condo. The house buying process is not a fun experience for me, but JP was there the whole way keeping me nice and calm. I trust him completely, and I knew that I was in good hands.
