ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Michelle to assist us in the purchase of a home in Utah. As an out of state Realtor, I needed someone local to assist my daughter in finding a home in or near Salt Lake City . Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Never hesitated to pick up the phone ask or answer a question. We arrived in Utah with limited time and she was ready with a full list of homes to view. We found the home, signed a contract and made settlement as scheduled. Even after settlement we reached out to her with a couple of questions and she promptly answered. Thank you Michelle for all your help!

ZillowVERIFIED A few years ago Michelle helped me sell my house in Kearns and got me an excellent price. Now in the spring of 2017 she expertly guided me through the process from the buyer's end. She was extremely tactful and patient with my many changes of mind, and when a contract fell apart at the very last minute, magically found me a much better place the very next day. She was always positive and never tried to talk me into something that I didn't want. I would recommend her to anyone either buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was amazing helping me through my first home buying experience. She listened intently to what I was looking for and came to me within 3 days with three different options to consider and five more back-ups ready to go. All were within my price range I was considering and as we looked at properties Michelle let me take my time and ask the questions I needed to. When negotiations started she stayed in constant touch and made sure I was on top of everything that needed doing in a timely manner, and I was able to get into my new condo with ease. She really knows her stuff and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle Hiatt was a fantastic Realtor, not to mention a phenomenal resource, this particular transaction had 11 amendments to the contract and she kept me informed the entire way through to closing. I would highly recommended Michelle to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle Hiatt helped me extensively. We looked at over 500 houses before I found the house I wanted. All of the other homes that she showed me did not quite meet all of my needs. She was very professional and patient as I would find a list of four, or five homes to look at. When I was ready to give up she would continue to encourage me.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is a very knowledgeable go-getter. She was able to list and sell our home very fast and for MORE than what we were asking. She was helpful with identifying what to fix up and what was not so important. She was very responsive to questions and guided us through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED She was able to sell our home for quite a bit above the Zillow value. Michelle also was patient and calm at times when we as the seller's were anxious. She helped us get the full value for our home and negotiate better than we could have on our own.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle assisted me in purchasing my current home. She was very helpful and patient as we visited many homes to find the perfect home for us. We appreciated her attention to the details to ensure we had a great experience and found what we wanted. She also assisted us to find the financing and a wonderful inspector. I have recommended many people to her because I can trust her and know she watched out for us. They have all been very happy with their home purchase also. You won't go wrong with Michelle!

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle worked very hard with me for over a year to help me move from Denver to Utah. She sent me a lot of data to help me decide accurately what city to live in and what property to buy. She also went to many houses and skyped each house i liked, where i was able to view the properties online in Denver. This saved me tons of time. The purchase of the house went very smooth and i am all settled in.I recommend Michlle Hiatt highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Our house was on the market for several months as "For Sale By Owner". Michele was the only realtor that followed up to help us with selling our house and buying another. She was very efficient in all our activities, always prepared with the necessary paperwork. She was not a bit pushy but rather very generous with her time and care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a good realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience was awesome! I wish I could keep buying houses just to hang out with her ;) She sent daily updates to my email with available houses, scheduled appointments to see houses when it was most convenient for us and sent paperwork over in a timely manner.
