ZillowVERIFIED Throughout the sales process from start to close (and paperwork too) Michele was extremely professional and diligent. We took a fair but aggressive stance in pricing our property, and Michele was candid and consistent in marketing it, even during "dry" periods. Sometimes persistence pays, and we ultimately got a very fair and favorable transaction. We enjoyed working with Michele, and would highly recommend her for Sedona/Yavapai properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely refreshing to have good help after a bad experience with someone else. Michele was just so on top of everything from start to end. Navigating this all from out of state was so much easier with her. I'd never go with anybody else again.

ZillowVERIFIED Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about Michele and her team. Renee was a blessing to work with and when things got tough with negotiations and closing, Michele didn't balk at all - she knuckled down and got the deal done. Not only that, she represented us better than we could have done ourselves and made sure that we were aware of everything going on throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Too short a space to list all of Michele's amazing qualities as a real estate pro. She truly went above and beyond - worked with our HOA, was connected with outstanding staging and maintenance companies, and helped the real estate agent of our buyer to get their house sold. On top of that, she communicated with us ever step of the way. Thank you, Michele!!!

ZillowVERIFIED It's been two months since I closed, and I still find myself keeping Michele on 'speed dial.' I definitely had no idea what I was looking for (or even doing, in general) when I began the search process, but Michele was patient with me every step of the way. She never judged nor showed even a hint of frustration when I couldn't make up my mind, or kept going back on previous strategies. She always went out of her way to educate me in the kindest manner, and provide support for what was certainly a stressful process at times. Fast forward to today, and she is still sending me friendly reminders/suggestions on tasks, paperwork, etc. that should be top of mind. I can't thank her enough, and am already planning my next purchase with Michele and The Kubiak Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can not explain the gratitude I have for Michele! She not only sold my house in one day (during our Pandemic and i was out of town) and it was not in the most desirable part of town and we had multiple offers. She then found my family and new house and had us in it within 30 days. She continues to follow up. I have had several realtors in my life and and never used one twice, i will only deal with her from here on out.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Michele by accident. She was at an Open House of a home in which we were interested and we initially thought she was the listing agent. We actually didn't think it was the airtight time for us to buy. We had 2 homes to sell, we had a cruise planned, we just had too much going on. We were planning on waiting a year to buy a home, but we loved the home too much. We contacted Michele and found out she wasn't the listing agent. We explain dour situation and she said that she could make it happen. And she did! We were able to sell two homes and purchase a third with minimal hassles. I would say that Michele was amazingly responsive throughout the entire process. She made sure to walk us through each step of the way. And whenever we had a question or needed something, she was immediately available. If she was otherwise indisposed, she would send us a text letting us know that she would respond as soon as she had a free minute. She always followed through with those commitments. It is well known that buying/selling a home is one of the most stressful life processes. We are grateful that we had Michele who definitely alleviated much of that stress.

ZillowVERIFIED When in the Las Vegas, NV area house hunting or selling, the only person you need to contact in Michele Kubiak! That one phone call will save you money, your time, worry, stress and headaches. Michele made my husband and I feel like we were the only two people in the universe looking for a home. She spent hours showing us homes, listening to us discuss the pros / cons of each showing and the next day showed us the houses that checked every box on our wants list. Michele listens, takes what you tell her and then produces. Once we made our decision on a house, Michele flexed her muscle and made things happen in a timely and extremely organized fashion. She never once forgot about us during the financing portion of the home purchase; we received emails, text messages and phone calls almost daily. We will be relocating to the Las Vegas area, so not only has Michele been our real estate person, but she has also been a valuable resource on what we need to do to make our move a successful one. Lastly, not only have we gained a house in Las Vegas, we have gained a life long friend. You too can experience the extraordinary real estate wonder that is Michele Kubiak by giving her a call today. That is one phone call you will not regret.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house has been the most stressful time for me however, Michele's patience and positive attitude has helped me tremendously through the process. She was very professional while showing me the houses, providing me with all info and history on neighborhood since i was out of town. During the process, she handled all post inspection items, dealing with vendors and scheduling the inspections for me. She was constantly in communication with my lending institution and immediately brought up items to my attention. She was hands on and i felt very comfortable with the recommendations she made throughout. She was so easy to work with and understood what i wanted in a house! ZillowVERIFIED Michele was our buyer's agent when we relocated to Las Vegas from the east coast. She was extremely knowledgable about the Las Vegas market. She worked with us for 9 months until she found the house with everything on our checklist. This was a very difficult move for us logistically - we had a house to sell and the market in Las Vegas was somewhat crazy, but she help us avoid obstacles and find a perfect home. And she kept me from losing my mind a few times when we had to deal with banks and the title company. She was so good that one of the homeowners who's home we were considering wanted her as his agent! I can't say enough good things about her and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house in Las Vegas.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele is an awesome and dedicated professional. What more could you ask for? She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of the business and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. Because of her keen expertise, she was able to suggest a starting price far above what I ever thought I could get, and got it for just a little less! That saved days on the market because it was not overpriced but well within the high end of the market. She also gave me great selling tips to prepare the house for sale and kept me in the loop every step of the way. It was such a relief to know exactly what was going on since I live in Los Angeles and my property is in another state. On a related note, she also helped me purchase two properties a several years ago and even handled one of the purchases while she was in Virginia. I highly recommend Michele to take care of your real estate needs. She is absolutely fabulous. No kidding. She is 5 stars all the way.
