In addition access and infrastructure were key components.Michele did a great job of helping us expand our search too much of Western Montana and provided a thorough curated list of properties to consider. We first began getting acquainted during 2016, about a year after her husband Ed (also a true champion) had shown me a home (with acreage) in the Drummond area, which I did purchase. Her first email to me provided a heads-up on a stunning recreational property that had just come on the market. It took a matter of minutes for me to start drooling over the idea of owning it, but I did not at that time have enough cash on hand to make an offer.That didn't matter to Michele. She kept me posted, in a sense becoming my personal cheerleader as I went through various ups and downs for months, and she gets a great deal of the credit for my eventual successful purchase of the trophy property. Where there was paperwork involved, she was absolutely on top of it. If I had a question, she either knew the answer or found it in short order. On the day that she and Ed finally showed me that stunning bit of land with creeks flowing through it, her genuine enthusiasm and good cheer matched my own.
