Michael and his group work hard to make sure they are on top of the market, so their customers always have an advantage whether it be buying or selling. After working with a majority of the area's top builders and the successful marketing of several subdivisions, Michael was able to venture into developing his own subdivisions which created strong relationships with national builders such as D.R. Horton and Adams Homes. Michael enjoys working with investors, developers, and banks to help his customers maximize their entrepreneurial profits and succeed in their real estate expectations.
