We are from Illinois and Mike made himself available when we came to town to help us for as long as it took. When we were in Illinois he returned our phone calls in a very timely matter if not immediately. Answering all our questions no matter how insignificant they were. He advised us and educated us in our search for the right property. We depended on him immensly and trust him thoroughly.

Mike is a very nice guy. He also got us top price for our home. Communications could have been better. One offer was not properly written up with earnest money resulting in the couple walking away. Mike relayed information to the realtor we were working with in Tn. and it was not accurate. Once we closed on our home we didn't see or hear from him to complete the final transition for the new owner and his agent. Overall, he got the job done.
