He has been doing this a long time but I dont want that to take away from his care initiative and knowledge. I actually felt more like I was hanging out with a good friend than a business partner or home buying guide. He has done digging for me and provided me with savings, quotes, land surveys, and his networking skills are amazing he has connections with like literally anything you need for your house. I havent once heard him not say aEURoeI got a guy or gal for that tell them I sent youaEUR? I really recommend him over anyone else!!! Also this was all during the covid-19 crisis and not once did I feel like I would miss out on a great opportunity

ZillowVERIFIED I called Michael out to my home. We discussed selling my home with all my family present. He said he would come back with the market analysis. Two weeks went by and he did not come back or call me. So I called his wife and spoke to her on the phone considering selling my house. She said she would call me back just as soon as she got back to the office in just a few minutes.. No phone calls returned that day. I did receive a call from Michael's wife the next day and I did finally get that emaiI that I was promised from 2 weeks earlier. Michael's wife said he.probably sent to wrong email address. So what happened to the phone call I should have received when I did not respond back to the selling estimate he allegedly sent me 2 weeks earlier. What is the problem here? I have an opinion I would like to share with everyone . I just got through refinancing my home in late January 2018 through a respectable refinance Company. Michael after he gave me a low ball estimate on what my home would sell for. It was quite low compared to what my lender said it was worth when I refinanced just a few months ago. It is my opinion that the uneducated buyer is duped into believing Michael's low estimate. Michael works for Keller Williams Realty and they get their 6% for selling your home. But the homeowner is the one that suffers financially because your home is sold at a reduced price just to move it quickly for their benefit.Followup June 8, 2018: Returned Michael call from earlier in the week. Michael was upset about my opinion I expressed on Zillow and in short did not want to assist with selling my home. Wow!!! So Here we have a 'experienced' realtor who left my house with my phone number and email verified in front of all my family members. Michael failed to send the email and/or contact me back in over 2 weeks. I had to call back and got his wife. She made excuses for him to explain away his poor business conduct. I attempted work with his wife regardless of her husband's failure to communicate but was told today they work as a team it was the both of them or not at all. I personally don't think anyone would appreciate the way Michael treated me. So I hope to find another realtor who will treat me with respect and be.professional.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several realtors for listing our house and were impressed by most of them. When Michael came to talk with us we knew immediately we had found the person/team that would sell our home. The Remy Team did great research and determined that we should be able to ask a price at the top of the neighborhood. The house had quite a few showings as well as an offer in the first week. We finally got an acceptable offer within 2-3 weeks of initial listing and settled on a price above the recent range of sold houses in the neighborhood. The rest of the selling process went extremely smoothly with a quick closing.In the mean time we needed to find a home to move into. Danielle from the Remy team was our buyers agent. She showed us many homes and gave us a lot of information on the neighborhoods as well as the quality and value of each home while quickly learning our tastes to tailor her next recommendation and showing to us.Over the course of 2-3 weeks we found a dream home that we are very excited to live in. The Remy team made the buying process extremely easy and quick.In the end, I can only give the highest remarks to the Michael Remy and his team. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and timely. These are the qualities everyone should be looking for in a realtor.
