I highly recommend realtor, Mike Perrault - The Perrault Group - ReMax. He helped my daughter find a wonderful home a few years ago. We were so impressed by him that when she recently relocated, she used Mike again. He takes great care to listen and works hard to find exactly what his clients are searching for. My daughter just purchased a new home in a beautiful, gated community. Mike is a great negotiator and did everything he could to ensure a smooth transaction with the best price. Ive bought and sold several homes over the years in NY and in Florida. Some of the realtors have been less than forthright with regard to proper pricing and protecting my interests. So I wanted to be sure my daughter found a realtor that was honest, knew the market really well and would be a great partner. She found that in Mike.
