ZillowVERIFIED I have to say I enjoyed my home selling experience recently, and that was mainly due to my realtor Michael Pallares. He was referred to me by HomeLight and I felt I found the right realtor the moment we talked on the phone. Michael was very professional, and had vast knowledge about real estate market and trends, and also a sense of humor. Because I live out of Massachusetts now, during the process Michael and his colleague Charlene spent extra time and took extra trips to the condo as Michael helped me hire handyman, plumber, locksmith, and was present at each repair and every inspection. Michael guided me through negotiations and never lost his patience and optimism even though at one point selling my condo seemed a challenge. To make a long story short, the condo was on its way to be sold only one month after it was on the market, however, in the middle of May, a six-alarm fire nearly burned down the building next door. Although my condo was not damaged, the P&S agreement fell through. Michael did not lose his patience. He also advised me to be patient and optimistic as we waited out. When we finally put the condo back on the market in July, I got an offer within days, and the closing happened one month later. Michael negotiated behind the scenes and in the end my condo was sold at the list price! He and Charlene became my friends during the process, and I know I will keep in touch with them even after the sale. I will highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone who want to buy or sell their home, even at a long distance, because Michael is the best!
