ZillowVERIFIED I very recently met Michael Nolan as a referral from a couple of co-worker/friends and am quite pleased at the level of comfort and trust in working with Michael. We met on a Saturday, looked at a place that I wanted on Sunday and made an offer that was accepted on Monday. Unfortunately the listing agent, who was also the home-owner was unethical, less than honorable and backed out of the deal. However, I am quite pleased with the manner in which Michael represented and stood up for me, his client, in addressing the situation with the listing agent/homeowner and the listing company. I have much comfort and trust in working with Michael....initially and partially due to the referrals of trusted co-worker/friends, but this was clarified in his paying attention to my interests and requests and also his representation of me in guiding me in making the offer based on the trends and comps in the area and also his action and representation when the listing agent/owner was unethical in his practices. Michael has been pro-active in contacting other homeowners in the area that I am interested in in hopes that one of them will be interested in selling. I have great comfort, trust and confidence in working with Michael and will willingly refer him to friends, co-workers, acquaintances, etc.
