ZillowVERIFIEDMichael was engaged and supportive from the beginning. He provided a detailed listing with effective photos highlighting key home features. He also created color brochures and reached out actively to other realtors to generate interest. He kept up aware of proceedings and provided regular feedback. Did a great job getting us from offer to closure!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael had a great proposal and plan. Priced the unit really well and got it sold quickly. Had a number of buyers lined up, and got it done. He was responsive to questions and kept us informed throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was easy to work with, knows this area well, was always available when I called or texted, and "held my hand" through the whole process. He is very on top of the properties in my area that I might be interested in, and is also very honest about the process, which I so appreciate.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael aEUR" Thank you SOOOO much for making this such a pleasurable experience for me. From the beginning to the end, you had everything in control and moving right along so I was never concerned about anything at all. You heard my concerns and exceeded all my expectations. It is especially helpful to work with someone that understands the specific challenges in selling property held within a trust where the resident has no control. Many realtors do not have this knowledge. Without the experience and patience, it can become challenging for both the seller and buyer to close on the property. I never had one concern at all. I have passed your name to our team for someone to use in the area for purchase or selling a house. Thank you again for making it look easy.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm thrilled to be able to share what an outstanding experience I had working with Michael and the Sotheby's office in Gig Harbor. We needed to sell my parent's home after they passed, which was an emotional and stressful proposition. Michael's calm confidence and tremendous experience were just what we needed. He made every decision and conversation manageable and even enjoyable. He was a source of strength and steadiness throughout the entire process. We felt informed, well cared for, and optimistic during a less-than-ideal time. He is an honorable man who led with integrity and positivity and I would work with him again under any circumstance. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you are in a very fortunate club - time to celebrate!
