ZillowVERIFIEDMike represented the buyer. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He represented the buyers at the condo inspection and asked for various documents to protect his clients and give them all the data to make an educated decision on their part. I am sure he would represent the seller in the same fashion. It was very refreshing to interact with a professional that makes this his full time career, he also makes himself available anytime for questions or concerns and follows up after the sale. Kudos to Mike

We met Mike at an open house almost 10 years ago and he has been our real estate agent ever since. We have bought and sold many homes in Florida and up North, but we have never experienced an agent as knowledgeable and savvy as Mike. He is a pleasure to work with and we very highly recommend him as either a Buyer's or Seller's agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a Florida condo through Mike. We really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He asked thoughtful questions to find out just what we were looking for, and showed us several units before finding the perfect one for us. He was an excellent communicator with every detail. He was very responsive to any questions we had, even during weekends, evenings, and while travelling. With us being out of state, he was very helpful in areas we were unfamiliar with. He was truly looking out for our best interests at all times, never trying to pressure us. Every detail of the purchase went very smoothly, thanks entirely to Mike. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike and Pam were a tremendous help to our family as we sold our parent's condo that they had owned since the early 1980's. Their communication skills and caring personalities were a delight when working on this sensitive endeavor that involved so many emotions. We would highly recommend Mike Koch to anyone looking to sell property as he will carefully guide you through each step in the process and keep you updated on all offers and requests for information in a timely manner. He also provides you vast knowledge and expertise in Florida Real Estate and a very honest input when placing your property on the market. We truly appreciated everything Mike and Pam did for us and would gladly work with them in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Koch listed two of our Fort Myers Beach condos, one in October 2014 and one in March 2015. The listing process with Mike is extremely efficient, he handles all the details with extreme professionalism. We had offers on both condos very quickly and Mike followed through each time providing valuable insight and expertise to help us make an informed decison. As a result, both transactions were smooth and effortless. I highly recommend Mike Koch whether you are listing or buying. He is the ultimate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Koch is a great realtor. He is very responsive! Answered all emails, phone calls and text messages immediately. He is very knowledgeable about Fort Myers Beach area. When he shows you property he not only points out the pros of it, but is very forthcoming about any cons. We arrived from Boston on a Monday, looked at properties on Tuesday, made offer on Wednesday, offer was accepted on Thursday, inspection (Mike referred us to a great inspector) done on condo Friday morning and flew home Friday evening. Condo was listed as turnkey and agreement was drawn up as "as is". As we could not be in Florida for walk through Mike conducted walk through for us and ensured the condo left with everything that was agreed to. He also provided us with all utility contacts, home owner insurance referrals, suggested places to purchase furniture etc. His wife Pam was also very helpful and responsive. Great team. I refer people to them whenever I get a chance! He is truly buyers agent. Nice to have someone on your side when making such a big financial commitment! Wish we could find a car salesperson like Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state buyer, Mike guided me through the SW Florida real estate landscape with skill and expertise. Several complications arose during my real estate transaction, and he helped me through each hurdle until we reached the finish line. I would highly recommend Mike Koch. I am such a big fan that I took the time to create a Zillow account and enter personal data in order to write this review, something I generally would not do.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike explained the process of selling the house and responded immediately to any questions or situations that needed handling during the sale of my home. Pamela was my main contact during the sale and her follow-through and follow-up were expedient and successful. I would definitely recommend them as your sales representatives when listing your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He was professional but went above and beyond what was needed or expected. He attended the inspection on my behalf, checked on work I was having done, attended the closing, but more importantly he took the time to really educate me on the market and what was reality to expect for the price. He did not pressure me a bit, or try to "change what I was offering". He respected what my desire was and ultimately I got exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't recommend anyone besides Mike Koch. He truly knows the market he is in and obviously loves what he does because he does it so well. His wife even gets involved to help with the stuff needing done after the sale. Great, Great Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Koch was recommended to us because he has a reputation for getting properties sold. He's a knowledgeable and experienced broker who understands the market and helped us to price our house realistically. He did a good job of educating us about the market, advertising our home and following up to get feedback from clients who viewed it. Mike and his wife Pamela are a team and they're both wonderful to deal with. One of them was always in touch and available when we had questions. We happily sold our house and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a Canadian who has never purchased a property out of country in the past, had no knowledge about how the system in the US works and had absolutely no contacts with anyone in Florida.Mike came highly recommended from a friend who has purchased 3 properties from him in the past.Mike did everything asked of him and more. He sent very thorough pictures of the property, provided information as requested and did it all in a very timely manner (not days - it was literally hours).Mike led me throught the process, put us in contact with a Home insplector, a title agency, an insurance agent, the phone company, the utility company etc etc etc all of who I have good dealings with (dealing with phone and utility companies are never pleasant). I could not have been more impressed with Mr Mike Koch - Thank You Mike

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Koch is exceptionally knowledgeable in the Ft. Myers Beach area. Mike is a very confident and knowledgeable Realtor who is always readily available. When Mike took our listing, his approach was if you want to sell, you have to be realistic with the price. He was very thorough with presenting us with a very extensive list of recent sales. At the end, Mike was right on with his pricing strategy and we sold in less than 30 days.

ZillowVERIFIED I inherited a condominium on Fort Myers Beach just as Florida real estate prices began to decline. Because of lousy market conditions we decided to spend winters there instead of selling. Last March the time seemed right to make a move. We chose Mike Koch because it was obvious from the many postcards he had sent us trumpeting his sales in our neighborhood that he is a committed full-time professional. Other agents come and go or dabble part-time, but Mike knows Fort Myers Beach and works to stay on top of the market. Our condo was in contract within a week of listing. Mike and Pamela kept us informed every step of the way through closing. We are currently looking for a single-family house on the Beach, and Mike will handle that transaction too.August 2013 Update -- Mike and Pamela worked with us for over a year to find the right Fort Myers Beach home. Whenever we expressed an interest in a listed property Pamela would preview it and take photographs showing its good and not so good attributes. That allowed us the luxury of traveling to Florida only when there was something we were really interested in.Before purchasing our new home we placed offers on several properties. At no time were we pressured to offer more or made to feel we were wasting Mike's time. Mike and Pamela are a pleasure to work with whether buying or selling Fort Myers Beach real estate.
