This review is late, but very well deserved. I don't even know where to begin. Michael went above and beyond when selling my home. My home went into escrow two weeks after putting it on the market. And then came the problems. My home was built in the 1970's, so of course, there would be problems, and they decided to happen while I was selling my home. Michael was so patient with me, he answered all of my questions (and I had a ton), he reassured me, kept me aware of EVERYTHING that was going on, and just made me feel seen and heard. I could not recommend him enough for anyone selling their home. I don't think that if I went with another realtor, I would have had the success that we had in selling my home. I won't go into tremendous detail, but the way that Michael stepped in and made some hard decisions for the best outcome was truly amazing. When I decide to buy another property, I will definitely reach out to him again. He is simply the best.

Michael is amazing. He is honest and genuinely helpful. I was trying to sell in an unfavorable market and most agents would've probably just said yes and let the house sit on the market for half a year. He very honestly told me his assessments for the market and ran comps just to help me out. Ultimately I wound up renting and he offered me a ton of help and advise without asking for anything. I don't know any realtors or most people out there who would do what he did. If you're looking for a trustworthy and all around decent person to represent you or your property please contact him.
