My wife and I have owned a rental house in Vacaville for over 25 years. This seemed like a good time to sell it since we are both pushing 70 and wanted to get out of the landlord business. Michael met us at the property and we walked through it to determine what needed to be done to sell it at top dollar. Michael has good relationships with a roofer, a handyman and a pest company so we got the inspections done even while the tenants were still in the house. The roof needed to be replaced, no surprise since it was over 20 years old. There was some pest work to do, also no surprise to me. Michael had his crew start working as soon as the tenants moved out. The work took about 3 weeks to complete. Once it hit the market we received a full price offer in first week!
