I would like to share my thought on Michael Hulsey. My Mom lost her home in the Paradise campfire and was very unsure on where to relocate I live in Vacaville and my Brother who also lost his home in the fire was able to purchase a home in Chico. I started out just wanting to price homes and see what was out there to have some information for my Mom to have. I filled in my info on a realtor web site of interest in looking and was immediately inundated with calls from various realtors aEURoeDid I want to sell? Did I need Financing? Did I have Cash?aEUR? I explained the situation to each and was meet with an I am sorry attached with lots of pressure to start the house hunt for my Mom. Then I received a call from Mike I receive the custom aEURoeI am sorryaEUR? but attached to it was true genuine caring. We talked and he understood this was a process of just needing information and not really in need to buy right away. Well mike true to his word took me off the call list and customized my search list and gladly showed us a few homes that I thought she might want to see. Mikes first concern was what my Mom wanted and what her Home she had was like and what did she want to possible want to recreate in a new home. Mike listened openly and was so easy to talk with. On a off chance of looking a newly listed property that I was sure she would hate my Mom feel in Love with it. Now here is the Magic, Mike took and attended to every detail in the Purchase of this home with the Love and Consideration that one would have for Family. He went above and beyond to make sure she not only got a wonderful deal he even helped with some business with the county and moved furniture. He also attended to so many small details such as helping her find a gardener and made sure that she had a new officiant thermostat. I can truly say not only is Michael Hulsey a outstanding realtor he is a wonderful person whom I am Pleased to not only call my Relator but our Friend.
