ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't have asked for a better first time home-buying experience! Mike is the absolute best at what he does!! He knew what we were looking for and found us a house we could make a home. From beginning to end, he was on top of every matter and handled any issues promptly and with smile on his face. We have even had a recent issue come up and, now months after the closing, he is taking charge and handling the issue for us. I would highly recommend Mike Chiorando to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a house in Central Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent realtor, very understanding and knowledgeable. Someone who actually took interest in what we were looking for and not just trying to sell us a property. Extremely persistent did not give up after showing us a ton of listings.

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly, punctual, and very professional. He communicates well, and is always on top of things, making sure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. As someone with zero experience in the home buying process, I appreciated having someone walk me through the ins and outs of what apparently seems to be a rather complicated endeavor. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael will stop at nothing to help you find your perfect home. He was quick to respond to every question and request. He was knowledgeable and sure to bring up questions I hadn't thought to ask while we looked. I won't go anywhere else to sell or buy another home. He is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Sell or purchase your home NOW with Mike Chiorando. My husband and I were very blessed to work with Mike. We used Mike to sell our home which was sold within 24 hours. We also used Mike and team "Mary Gustafson" to find/purchase our new home. With Mike's knowledge of the business, determination, ease of process and true dedication, we purchased our dream home. In a seller's market it is not easy to find and win. We WON!! We didn't just walk away with our dream home we walked away gaining a friend. I highly recommend Mike as the best in the business. These quote sums up Mike Chiorando."I'm too positive to be doubtfull, too optimistic to be fearful and too determined to be defeated"."A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work"Sincerely, The Lopera's

ZillowVERIFIED Mike has more energy, integrity, and enthusiasm than anyone I have ever met. He has a passion for real estate and it shows in his knowledge of the market and the success he has earned. After knowing him for almost 15 years, I wouldn't consider using anyone else for a real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I was purchasing a home for the first time, which can be a scary venture. Mike lead me through the process of searching for a home by recommending the best areas that would have great homes within my price range. He negotiated a fantastic price and was able to resolve any opportunities that arose with my home inspection. I could not have asked for a better experience. He's certainly my realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Real estate agents are dime a dozen but Mike is that one rare coin that no one ever has but everybody wants and once you get it you never want to let it go. In other words you are very very very lucky to have him on your side when you're buying or selling a home! He will fight to the bitter end for you and your family he works for you when he is working for you and you only! I personally have known him for over 10 years and I have not seen a better agent than him!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael found me my dream home! We looked at a lot of houses in the SODO area of Orlando, and after putting offers in on 3, and loosing them to higher offers, I found the house of my dreams. The only problem was it was under contract with someone else:( We kept looking at other houses, but I knew in my heart this was my house, so Michael stood by me and called the sellers office every day for 3 months to see if anything had changed. Finally, after months of hoping and praying, the other contract fell through and I got my house!!!!! It was because of Michaels experience, talent, and perseverance that I now have a home which I am grateful for every day! Thank you Mike!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael found my daughter her dream house. When looking at properties, he never gave up and wouldn't let her settle for anything short of what we wanted. He is a delight to spend time with and truly cared and supported us through the difficult negotiations that followed. He truly knows the value of properties. We would never have found this house without him, nor managed to make the purchase.
