ZillowVERIFIED When I've spoken to others about the home buying process, I've heard a lot of negative stories. Some say it can be very long, some say they felt rushed and many other negative scenarios. I was a first time home buyer and I chose to go with Mike Booz because I've actually known him for some time outside of work. That definitely played a part in my selection of my real estate agent because I've always known him to be very honest, polite, and very diligent. Even though he's had these great traits that I saw through our acquaintance, he shocked me when it came to the home buying process. He made everything so easy and very convienent along with the lender he recommended. I was also very pleased with his knowledge of the homes that we had the chance to look at. He pointed out many flaws with some houses that I would not have even thought about. He told me he was ready to look at 50-100 houses if that's what it took, but in the end he was going to find me the house I wanted. That right there put me at ease because I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt that he really wanted to find a nice house for my family and I, and that he did. When we saw the house that I ended up purchasing, he was raving about it. I liked it but with the seller's furniture in there at the time, I couldn't envision what it would look like with my touch. The house was very well kept and honestly it was beautiful. After looking at it about 3 times, I finally chose it. Now Mike told me this was my house, he was positive. When the home inspector came, I was just amazed. Blown away actually because he was picking it apart, pointing out things that I would've never known and praising the house up and down. It made me feel so great hearing him tell me that I have a great home and it was everything Mike had been telling me. Now that I'm moved in, painted the whole house and installed new carpet where needed, this is the house I was looking for exactly. When I couldn't see it at first, Mike did. Now he did not force anything on me at all, but all along he knew this was for me and man he was right. The guy knows his stuff ladies and gentleman and he's not scared to bargain and get you the best deal possible. I am a first time home buyer as I stated earlier and he did not take advantage of me one bit. I strongly recommend Mike Booz to be your real estate agent when you're looking to buy or sell. One of the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and the best real estate agent this side of the Mississippi! Lol you're missing out if you don't choose him and that's a fact! ZillowVERIFIED Mike handled a short sale for me handling my bank who changed their mind constantly. He even removed an irs lein from the property without paying a penny on it. I gave up and he kept pushing. Any other agent would have said this is way too much work for the small commission he would get. Amazingly he talked the bank into accepting $100,000 less than the value of the house! He found a buyer and was agent for both of us on a complicated low commission deal that he handled perfectly! I will use no other agent.
