Next level agent! Mike is so on the ball. Brilliant guy and a lot of fun to work with. I was referred to Mike by my usual Portland agent when I started looking for houses in the Vancouver, WA area. As first time buyers we were nervous because we didn't know what to expect and we didn't know what we were looking for and mike helped us every step of the way! We had been looking on our own for a new house to fit our growing family for about 6 months but could not find something that checked all the boxes off for us. We contacted Mike on a Sunday morning and he found the perfect house for us by that same afternoon! Due to some contingencies set by the seller, we had a short window to list and sell our home. Unbelievably, Mike came over and pitched in by helping pressure washing our driveway, back deck and our RV parking spot. When the painters I hired to paint the interior of our house didnt finish as promised, compromising the timeline we had to having the carpets clean, housekeepers cleaning the house as well as the photographer we had scheduled, Mike came over and helped finish painting as well as helped stage so we could keep our timeline. He stayed till almost midnight so that we could get things done. He hosted open houses, stayed in communication at all times, and got our house sold so much faster than we expected. He did an amazing job and to top it all off after he sold our home, he visited all our neighbors and got them to sign a card for us a momento. Personal touches, willingness to go up and beyond, as well as his professionalism made this experience truly exceptional. Thank you for everything you did for our family and we look forward to our new home!
