ZillowVERIFIED Michael and Erika Amory were fabulous to work with when selling my mother's house. Michael was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the sale from setting the sales price to negotiating with the buyer. He was so patient with answering all of my questions. Erika walked through the house with me and advised me on what furnishings should stay or be removed. She brought simple yet tasteful decorations to beautifully stage the house. We were so pleased and grateful that mom's house sold quickly after it was listed. Michael and Erika are such thoughtful and respectful realtors and arranged the closing to be held at the assisted living facility where my mother currently lives. I highly recommend Michael and Erika Amory as professional realtors.

These two were by far the most helpful, insightful, honest and caring realtors and people I know! I am active duty military and first time home buyer and the made the process simple and made me feel like they cared about me. And its because they did actually care about me and my needs and wants!!! They have became amazing friends who still, a year and a half later after we closed on my home keep in touch and make sure I am still 110% satisfied with my home! They did that on their own! Michael is a local, who knows Portsmouth and the type of buyer to target. Enthusiastic, savvy and knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with, and has access to able workers, for any needed repairs exposed during inspections. A good experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael thought outside the box and brought creative ideas to the marketing process of our home. He got out there to see what was going on in our neighborhood. We lived in a golfing community. Michael would go to the club house, hand out doughnuts and a brochure of our home. Additionally, he occasionally set up a chair in our backyard and gave out chilled bottled water to golfers going by and, if they were willing, he talked to them about their interest in moving to the neighborhood. He visited with other offices within his firm and brought attention to our home. Michael recommended that we include a years free golf membership. He gave us decorating ideas to update our homes interior which we did at a low cost. We recommended him to friends and he sold their home. Michael was energetic and never gave up!
