Micah Keller

We are a growing team of Real Estate Brokers serving the Tri-Cities, Prosser, and surrounding areas in Central and Eastern Washington. Our primary area of expertise is working with property owners to strategically prepare, market, and sell their properties using professional staging, photo, video, and graphic elements that generate engagement and exposure to today's tech-savvy buyers. I was born and raised in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business in 2009 with a BA in Business Administration, focused on Marketing & Entrepreneurship. While enrolled at the university, I was one of the re-founding members of the Washington chapter of the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity, where I was elected president for 2 of the 3 years I was enrolled as a student. To offset the costs of tuition, I also worked full time for the Flagship Nordstrom in downtown Seattle selling Men's Shoes, where I learned to work with and serve a diverse collection of people and how to embody Nordstrom's legendary customer service skills Upon graduation, I secured a position with an American manufacturing company that took me to Ningbo, China for two years, where I worked as a Business Relations Manager with various Chinese suppliers. After my return to the United States in 2012 I headed back to Seattle and to Nordstrom, where I accepted a position in the corporate office as a Senior Analyst on the Competitive Intelligence Division. In 2015, I married my beautiful wife Ariel at sunset on the beach at Golden Gardens Park in Ballard. Our adventures together eventually led us across the state, where we started an interior design company, 27 West Design, and purchased our first home; a magnificent "fixer upper" in the heart of charming downtown Prosser. During the process of buying our first home, I could not stand how uncomfortable and treacherous the real estate transaction felt because of our lack of knowledge surrounding the industry. I knew that with my experience in customer service, marketing, and business intelligence, I would be able to help people strategically navigate their real estate transactions with confidence. So, shortly after moving to Prosser, I began studying for my license and began my real estate career about a year later. Within a year, I realized that I needed an additional agent to help best serve my clients, so my wife, Ariel, obtained her license and we started working together to successfully guide our clients to their goals. In the first 2 years as full time agents we have guided over 50 clients through the process of transacting in real estate, some of them multiple times. In 2020 we achieved the coveted "Best of Zillow" award for outstanding service, reached the top 5% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' agents by productivity, and became Realtor.com's Local Experts for Prosser (99350). We are passionate about finding the best solutions for our clients and finding creative ways to accomplish their goals. We pride ourselves on providing an un-paralleled level of service, our ability to negotiate on behalf of our clients, and our extreme attention to detail. When we are not working, we enjoy traveling, spending time with family, savoring local Washington wines, chasing around our two silly dogs, Stella and Sugar Bear.
