She called me and I didn't pick up the phone but called 2 hours later only for her to tell me and my wife that a house just came on the market, WE BOUGHT THAT VERY HOUSE.Then we needed help selling our old house, it was a real challenge with repairs we needed and Meryl helped us find a few contractors and just made that nightmare a dream when we went to list, we had an offer that very day and under contract the next day. We got the house sold :)
