Meryl Hawk is a seriously talented real estate agent who sold my home for a great price in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would take. We also purchased a home with her, and she is such a strong negotiator. We got a much better deal with her than we have with any other agent we've ever dealt with.She's communicative, responsive, a savvy negotiator, well connected, a talented marketer, and all-around great at what she does as a realtor.
