Meryl Hawk presents an impressive profile in person. However, she is a huge disappointment on every level once the sellers sign her contract. For example, she let her dog run freely in our home on just-replaced, very expensive carpeting without any communication between us. We never met her dog or knew of its house-breaking limitations. She showed little respect for our concerns regarding the safety of potential buyers & their children. We requested that she wait just a few days until we were back in town & sure everything was safeguarded, especially around our in-ground pool, before the buyers brought their swimming skill-deficient, small children to the home. The list goes on! Meryl treated this property as if it were her own before final settlement., We completely understood the sales contract terms. We have sold several homes across the USA, but this experience was torture!
