Coldwell Banker United Realtors

We had an excellent experience working with Gilbert Gonzalez of eXp Realty. What really stood out to us was his impressive use of social media and his extensive network of trusted trade professionals. He knew exactly how to get our property the exposure it needed and used his connections with contractors, stagers, and other professionals to help make the entire process as smooth as possible. His knowledge, communication, responsiveness, and ability to connect us with the right people when we needed them made a huge difference. It was clear that Gilbert has built strong relationships within the industry and knows how to put those relationships to work for his clients. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. We would recommend Gilbert Gonzalez to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, well-connected, and hardworking realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients.

Great service! Meryl got my house sold after only one day on the market.

Meryl helped me prepare my home for sale, and I was happy that I didn't have to put a lot of money into the home to get it ready for sale. She was very realistic and knowledgeable about which updates would make a difference to buyers and provide a return on investment. Smart realtor.

Good Job. That's why I told my wife I hired you, because I had faith in you. She said she did too. Thanks for your help. You're the best. This is why you're the Queen of sales around Lake Travis!

Meryl was a dream to work with. I wouldnt change a thing. Not a normal transactionaEUR"seller was out of state and the house required everything. I cant recommend her highly enough. Thrilled to have found her.
