ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed a few different realtors but even though this would be her first listing, Merrie stood out as a person who cared about us as more than just customers and treated us as if we were family. Our decision to allow her to list our fathers home was made before she even left the house. She showed a genuine interest in getting our fathers home sold with as little worry for us as possible. From listing to close only took her 11 days and she got the full asking price for the home. During that time she visited the home 2-3 times a week to make sure everything was fine with the property, and even had the lawn mowed at no cost to us. We all live out of town so having her do that for us was a great blessing and we could not have asked for a better experience having to sell our fathers home. If I ever need a realtors services again Merrie will be my first call.
