Melissa stepped in to facilitate all of the cleaning, repairs, and inspections on our property. We live in Florida, so she stepped in to complete a lot of work on our behalf all the way up to the closing. She went above and beyond to be sure all the details were in order and everyone was happy. I dont know how she did it, but she managed to keep her cool when things didnt go as planned. I was very impressed when she picked up the paint brush to finish putting the final touches on the kitchen cabinets. She is truly amazing!

I have been in real estate law for 25 years and have never left an agent review but Melissa Boyce is a very rare exception. I have never seen an agent go so far for her clients from listing or home search to and through closing. She listens. She works tirelessly. She doesnt pawn her showings off on other agents. She gets results for her clients, not her commission. She follows through after closing which is beyond rare. I could write a book on her honesty, integrity and work ethic but I only have review space so I say with all my heart that this lady is the best of the best and is the only agent I will use or send my friends and family to without hesitation. She will do better than her best.
