About Melssa Boyce

I am Melissa Boyce, a Realtor, at Vision Real Estate Group. I am a Hampton Roads native. Growing up in Suffolk was wonderful and grounded me with amazing roots. I am married to my best friend, Travis and we have two remarkable, adventurous kids, Melissann and Forrest. Travel and the great outdoors are two of our passions. Having traveled to forty-seven states, my perspective and negotiation skills are a win for my clients and friends. Our kids grew up on the Blue Ridge Parkway, lived in Colorado for a fun year and our family was called back to our roots. Traditions and creating a welcoming home are values we hope to share with others. Old Dominion University served as my home for college. I grew up in real estate with Stephenson Realty being a family business and my step-dad was an appraiser. I am an entrepreneur at heart. For over 15 years I have been in business for myself. I love social media, sharing in others journey and helping to create a story that leads home. My kids help me with my two blogs, High Country Mom and Tide Country Mom. Giving back is an important part of who we are as a family. I understand, that as a home buyer or seller, you want to buy or sell fast, and I will do just that. It is also important to make the settlement process as clear and smooth as possible. Real Estate can be hard and overwhelming when doing it alone. Melissa stepped in to facilitate all of the cleaning, repairs, and inspections on our property. We live in Florida, so she stepped in to complete a lot of work on our behalf all the way up to the closing. She went above and beyond to be sure all the details were in order and everyone was happy. I dont know how she did it, but she managed to keep her cool when things didnt go as planned. I was very impressed when she picked up the paint brush to finish putting the final touches on the kitchen cabinets. She is truly amazing!
