Melissa may have been the listing agent (cant remember for sure), I contacted her and she met us to tour the home. We werent in the financial situation to purchase yet and we definitely werent pre-approved. But Melissa knows the value of building relationships. She showed us the home with zero expectations. Over the last 7 years, Melissa has made time for us to tour different homes from time to time. Weve purchased 4 and sold 1. I truly consider Melissa a friend, and my own personal Realtor. I would never use another agent; she is smart, diplomatically direct, and honest. She provides excellent customer service 24/7. Melissa Wallace is the only Realtor I will ever recommend.

She helped us buy our starter home, and has now helped us list and sell that home and purchase our next home for our growing family. She made each process extremely smooth, and truly worked to go the extra mile for us. She hosted showings all over the county without batting an eye while we tried to figure out which area would be best for our family. She provided detailed knowledge about the different areas including, home values, conveniences, trends, and local history. When viewing homes, she kept a watchful eye for any potential issues and was able to give us information on the ballpark costs of potential projects/fixes so that we were able to make informed decisions. She also went above and beyond and helped us source a lender for a somewhat tricky buying scenario. Additionally, Melissa is very prompt and efficient in her communication and stayed on top of any and all deadlines for paperwork, inspections, and listing and closing criteria; we never had to worry about being behind schedule or missing any steps. She has always answered any questions we had thoroughly and effectively making sure that we were fully informed throughout the buying/selling process. On top of being phenomenal at her job, Melissa is also a truly kind individual who cares about her clients. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is a great agent, only found what was in my price and where I wanted it. She is however very busy and has a habit of answering her phone often. She had a co-worker with her when we were looking at the houses so when she got busy we still had someone showing my wife and I the properties. I would recommend Melissa to others, as she seems genuinely concerned that you find your perfect house at your price.

ZillowVERIFIED My sister and brother-in-law purchased a home through Melissa a couple years ago. When we recently decided to move from Placerville, CA to Centralia, WA, she was the one we contacted. Melissa and I discussed what kinds of houses we would be wanting, and she searched the housing market for the perfect home for us. I was able to fly up, make an offer, put a down payment on the house, then fly home. She handled overseeing the inspections and repairs to the house, and getting me set up online to do the variety of paperwork involved with both the realty and title companies. Everything went so smoothly! Melissa knows the area quite well; and she has an extensive background in home repair, which helped tremendously in knowing what the house was worth, negotiating a fair offer, and what repairs truly needed to be done. She was extremely knowledgeable of the process and was able to guide me every step of the way. I truly appreciate everything she did for me and my husband. My husband did not physically see the house until move-in day, and he was extremely impressed. He told Melissa that she "nailed it". I was so impressed with her efforts that when my brother also decided to move to the area, it was straight to Melissa that we went. While we felt a personal need to sell the home, knowing it would be at a loss, we were not wanting to lose any more than necessary. Melissa skillfully helped construct a mutually beneficial agreement between the buyers and us to ensure that our home sold, allowing us to walk away slightly above our bottom line. She was exceptionally responsive to all needs and concerns and was readily available to answer questions. She also represented the buyers. Not once did we question whether or not she had our best interest in mind. We would very happily work with Melissa again!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Melissa online when looking at homes on zillow. i had already spoke with a few real estate agents but once i met Melissa i knew she was my go to gal. i was just comfortable with her. She is very laid back and helped educate me on the home buying process as i am a first time homebuyer and knew very little. Buying a home was stressful at times but having a friend like Melissa in my corner really helped ease my nerves. she also recommended Ryan Kalich for my home inspection and he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely go to her with any real estate needs i may have in the future.

She also didn't pressure us into "making a deal" on anything that didn't suit us. She is very friendly and patient, even when the person we were trying to negotiate with was non-responsive or seemingly unreasonable. We weren't in a position at that time to buy, but it didn't deter her from giving us the same time and attention that she would have given a cash buyer. This was three years ago, and we knew that when we were able and ready to seriously purchase, she would be the one we wanted to work with. We are on our third house, and glad Melissa's working on our behalf. She's great at paperwork, and takes care of coordinating inspections, contractors, you name it. She makes it easy for us to buy and to sell, and basically makes the process seamless. Melissa will see that you're turning the key on a new home or handing them over if selling.
