ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa did a great job selling our home. She went over all the options and services available and then took care of all the details such as scheduling the pre-inspection, staging, open houses and of course negotiating with the buyer's agent. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and much less stressful than we were anticipating.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with this team was remarkable and unparalleled. Their technical and tactical skill sets in both the selling of our home and purchase of our next home was exactly what we needed to navigate and benefit from the current housing market. In addition to this team setting us up for housing success, their attention to detail and personal involvement in our entire process built so much trust and dedication in us to this team. I love the comfort in knowing that we will never need to look further than Excel for our real estate needs, and thrilled to recommend them to family and friends!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't express how much of a relief it was to work with such an incredibly capable team! Jeremy and everyone at Excel has been amazing and they have what it takes to not only make the process smooth and transparent but with out a doubt in our mind, they made a HUGE impact on how quickly our home sold AND the price we got! I couldn't recommend Excel highly enough for your home selling needs! If we were to purchase locally we would have absolute confidence that they would have found us the perfect home! Thank you Jeremy, Melissa and the whole Excel team, because we know that there is always so much behind the scenes going on in order to make things as amazing as they are!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last decade we have worked very closely with Melissa Samsell, an associate of Jeremy's. Melissa is wonderful to work with, so much so, that we really feel like over the years she has become a member of our family, and so has Excel. Melissa not only helped us buy and sell our last two homes, she has also recommended fantastic landscapers, house cleaners, even babysitters for our family. When we decided to move out of the city, and to central Washington, Melissa went out of her way to recommend a reqltor that could help us with our new home vuild. Melissa doesn't just help you buy/sell your house, she truly helps you create a home that you can love for many years. If you are looking for a no pressure, honest, realistic, and caring agent I would look no further than Melissa at Excel. Thank you Melissa, you have enriched our lives, and our families lives in so many ways.

ZillowVERIFIED I could't be happier with the service Cory has provided. With his guidance we received multiple offers the first day on the market and sold for over asking. He was always in contact with new information and responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED Personal attention when needed. Knew when to communicate and when not to. Knows the rules and the regulations very well. When he communicates and represents you, he does it in a thorough professional manner that makes the process smooth. If, I'm running a company, Cory would be someone I would hire and be the face of it. He is trust worthy and builds confidence in all situations.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first started looking for a house to buy, we had no idea what we were doing. Lucky for us, the first house showing that we requested on our own had Cory as the representative agent. Not only was he friendly and patient, but his years of experience in real estate and home renovation made him very knowledgeable. Whether we had a question about the quality of decking material used, the approximate cost to put in a fence, or the best contingencies to add to our offer on a house to make it as competitive as possible, he was always there with the answers. We worked with him for about 6 months and during that period he took the time to get to know us and our preferences and was able to direct us to a house that ended up being perfect! We couldnt have done it without him and we highly recommend him to anyone with real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED When it came time to sell our house we knew exactly who we were going to use- Excel Real Estate and the Jeremy Mellick team! Not just because of their reputation of being successful agents but because as a family we run a non profit and we have experienced first hand how they dont just talk the talk but actually walk the walk in how they serve organizations, their community, and people!! To say they far exceed our expectations would be an understatement!! Melissa and her team who truly operate as such were in constant communication, arranged all the apts with 3rd party vendors (carpet, cleaners, landscaping, photography, staging) and allowed us to continue our crazy chaotic life without having the details of selling our home get in the way! We listened to every recommendation that excel had for us and not only did our house sell the first weekend but we had two offers over asking price! We really cant thank Excel enough for making this such a pleasant experience and have already told everyone we know that this is the team you need working for you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cory helped us navigate buying our first home in this crazy Seattle housing market! We looked for less than a month, sometimes viewing 2 houses a day with our 2 toddlers in tow, and found Corys service above and beyond what we thought a real estate agent would be. The house we loved had 2 offers besides ours and he helped seal the deal by finding out what mattered most to the sellers. Even now (2 weeks before closing), he is setting up times for the carpet company to get us quotes (while the seller is still there!), getting us measurements for our new fridge, and a great go-between for us and the seller. We couldnt be more pleased with Cory. Look no further, youve found a great agent in Cory. Put your mind at ease!

ZillowVERIFIED As a team Mellick Real Estate if very impressive. I have never sold a home in less than a week until this week. We received very accurate information on pricing our home for sale looking at all the property available in our price range. We also received excellent advice on staging the home to take advantage of our unique layout and all of the wonderful upgrades we had done. Thanks Jessica, Jeremy, Melissa, Jennifer and everyone else at RealEstateExperts in Maple Valley, Washington.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory Williams was a very professional and very available and responsive agent during every step of our recent home purchase. He listened to what type of property we were looking for and took extra measures and stretched the area boundaries just slightly and found the perfect property for us! I do not believe we would have secured this property without him as our agent. With multiple offers on the table he was masterful in making this deal happen. I could not be more impressed with his negotiation skills and his determination to secure this property for us. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an agent. We will definitely be using him for all our future real estate needs. I also want to add that he has an incredible team of people in his office that were also amazing!
