Melissa Park

Melissa is a true native Oregonian born in Eugene and moved to Portland in 2006. She is a wife of 10 years and is a loving mother of two adorable toddlers, Charlie & Penny. She owned her own brick and mortar coffee shop in NE Portland for a little over four years. There she enjoyed serving the community, making connections with other local business owners, and of course running her own staff of seven. Melissa is also passionate for one of Oregon's most popular products, wine! She has also invested in and was successful with four fix n' flip properties in the Portland metro area. During the process of fixing and flipping those properties, Melissa's passion for the real estate industry escalated. With her unique combination of being a successful business owner and experience in the fix n' flip process, she truly has the upper hand with assisting her clients invest in their future.
