We found our dream house on a Monday and put an offer on it. We listed our home on Maundy Thursday, and after 19 showings, we had an offer Easter Sunday. That is 3-4 days! Melissa was able to secure both closings on the same day for us. We closed on our first home at 11am and closed on our dream home at 200pm! What a wonderful day! ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I met Melissa as the listing agent for a home that I found on Zillow in late 2016. I reached out to her by e-mail and received an immediate response including answers to a number of questions about the house. A few weeks later, Melissa set up a time to come view the house, where I was met with an extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant from her office. In the weeks that followed, Melissa and I traded countless messages about the house by e-mail, phone and text, and in every instance, no matter the hour, Melissa got back to me immediately. I didn't have a realtor representing me as the buyer, but Melissa went out of her way to make sure that I was well-informed about the process. The house was amazing, and Melissa worked between myself and the seller as we negotiated a purchase price. I wasn't looking forward to this part of the process, but Melissa made it very easy, and I found her honesty and helpfulness to be beyond expectations. Ultimately, we came to an agreement on price, thanks to Melissa's great work. Melissa was incredibly patient and informative when it came to the process I undertook with the bank to arrange a mortgage, and despite a number of delays from my bank, Melissa made it work for everyone. I can't stress this enough - Melissa was instrumental in working with my bank to make sure everything was in order when settlement time came. Melissa uses electronic documents at all stages in the purchase process, which ensured everything happened as quickly as possible.
