ZillowVERIFIEDAustin performed extremely well. He took on the task of staging our home to produce better results. He was available for questions. Austins knowledge of real estate and how to obtain the best offers for our home was above extraordinary. Austin was so entirely involved in all the leg work that all we had to do is answer questions and he orchestrated the entire process. I would recommend Austin Kiser to anyone who really wants to sell their home in a aEURoehands freeaEUR? manner. Austin can do it all. Much gratitude to Austin. On a scale of 1-5, our experience with Austin was a 7

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Melissa to help one of my clients buy a vacation home in Manson, WA. Without her help, we would not have been able to close on time. As a lender, I really appreciated her expertise and responsiveness helping our mutual client get to the finish line ahead of schedule. I would be glad to refer any of my clients her way and hopefully we can work together in the future. Thanks again Melissa!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience listing our Lake Chelan condo with Melissa was outstanding. She is an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about the market. Our goal was to sell our property quickly, and Melissa was confident from the outset that it would happen. She found us a qualified buyer, and the sale closed in around three weeks. I would confidently recommend Melissa to any seller looking for a listing agent in Chelan County.

ZillowVERIFIED Kent is a high octane realtor. We have worked 5 transactions together over the past 6 years and he has made every experience easy for us. He has helped lead us into selling for top dollar and purchasing desirable homes without the stress of a bidding war. Quit wasting your time and money working with your neighbor's cousin or hairdresser's best friend. Kent is a full time real estate professional and his experience is the difference.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Melissa on two separate occasions and while she has been very helpful and professional with each transaction this last one had some unexpected bumps due to our lender. This created an opportunity for Melissas true skill at her profession to shine through and I can honestly say we wouldnt be in our dream home if it werent for her. She is hard working, responsive, cool and collected under pressure and I give her my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped me purchase a home in Wenatchee, WA. I lived out of the area so started my search from long distance. From our first call, she was very responsive and took the time to answer my (many) questions and explain the steps along the way. She was very supportive in identifying homes that met my criteria and providing insights on each one. Through the offer and final closing phase she continued to help ensure it was a smooth process. I'd definitely recommend working with her, and would do so again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved back to Wenatchee Valley after 12 years of being away. As first time homeowners, we were very unsure of the process. Melissa and Kent are hands down the best!! They sat down to listen to our needs and wants and within a day had compiled a list of homes for us! Their communication skills are impressive--whether it be via phone, listening to us in person, email, or text. They gave us their honest opinion when we couldn't decide between a couple homes---this is priceless considering how long they have been in this business. They make a great team and we were so happy to get to work with both of them! Once we made our decision, they walked us through the process of putting in our offer. We later found out that the home we bought had a few offers and we have NO DOUBT that Melissa and Kent were the reason ours was accepted. Their expertise, knowledge, and work ethic really allowed us to enjoy this exciting event in our lives without added stress. We are in the perfect home and cannot wait to recommend our new friends, Melissa and Kent to our friends and family. We look forward to working with them in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and her husband, Kent, make a wonderful team. Kent worked around my schedule as I was visiting from out of town. He spent the better part of a day with my family looking at homes in the Orondo area. He was very friendly, kind and informative. By the end of the day we had decided on a home. That's where Melissa's expertise kicked in. She did all the paperwork and made it very easy for me to purchase our vacation home out of state. Both of them went out of their way to help in so many ways. I would definitely recommend them as real estate agents and give them a five star rating.
