ZillowVERIFIED A friend of a friend recommended Melissa Kenady as we suddenly found that we needed to relocated and so were selling our house. We were totally new to house selling, and since the house had been seller-financed, we also didnt really know a lot about the process at all. Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, walking us through every step and making sure we understood what was happening. Our house sold quickly and we relocated, and of course something came up two days before closing. Melissa was just outstanding in helping us navigate the situation (and especially since we were 3 1/2 hours away). She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and we felt as though we could text her with any questions. Absolutely, we would recommend her to anyone in the area who is buying or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we came into this with little to no knowledge of this process. We had absolutely no idea where to even start. Not only did Mel have to deal with first time homebuyers, she had to deal with first time homebuyers in the middle of complete chaos. Mel did an amazing job with dealing with our multiple questions, countless texts and phone calls, and our continuous back and forth when it came to decision making. Never once did Mel turn her back and walk away. We felt that we could put complete trust in her with her recommendations and decisions, and that was huge for us with it being our first time. Trying to do everything via phone is never easy, but doing it with a couple who hasn?t experienced it before could not have been harder, but you would have never known. Mel was very good at listening to exactly what we wanted and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. My fiance and I 100% recommended her to anyone one who is going through the home buying process. It?s a very stressful and emotional time, but with Mel by your side you never have to question her intentions or trust.

We couldn't be in town to actually see many properties, so she was our eyes and ears on the ground and was so helpful. Professional, kind, friendly, and funny. She has two children of her own and her care and attention to our family's needs was evident. The contract was produced swiftly and everything was thorough and followed through on.
