ZillowVERIFIED Working with Melissa was great she worked hard to find the perfect home. Finding a home in my limited market was hard at first but Melissa was willing to drive further out to find the perfect match. Adding hours onto her normal day she was always there to help with inspections or just any interactions I had during the process. Using her experiences in the past to give me ideas of repair costs or issues that may show up. She went above and beyond what was expected to make sure everything went perfect. Thanks Melissa!

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't of asked for a better realtor. She was always prompt and on time, and always was on her "A" game. Melissa always went out of her way for me and ultimately got my house sold. I usually don't do reviews, but this is my way of saying thank you!! Hopefully I won't be buying a another home, but if I did I'd definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is very knowledgeable and just the person I needed at the time of my purchase. She checked out homes that I asked her about, walked through them, and gave me the facts I needed to make my decision when I was not able to view them myself. She answered my questions quickly and didn't leave me hanging. I am grateful for her honesty and trust her expertise. I am, and will be working with her in the future. Kudos to Melissa!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I love Melissa! We are young, inexperienced, and in a position where we need to sell quick and buy elsewhere. Not only does she commute for us, but she's constantly available, extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and enjoyable to be around. I'm so happy we found her!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped my husband and I with purchasing our first home and came recommended from our lender. Melissa made it easy and was flexible with our schedules on showing us homes and answering any questions we had. While purchasing and looking for the perfect property to call home can be stressful, Melissa made it easy and fun. I would recommend anyone I know looking to buy a home to Melissa. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is truly incredible at what she does. I will only be using Melissa for my purchases and sales going forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped me purchase my first home this last summer. She came recommended from a friend who she had helped as well, and from the beginning she was very quick and responsive in answering my questions promptly and setting up viewings for me. She was very flexible with my work schedule and willing to travel all the way down from Longview multiple times to look at homes with me in the downtown Vancouver area. She answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel dumb for asking any of them. She was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED She knew exactly what we were looking for and took our requests serious. She was great with our kids being around during house tours. There was times where we were only able to do house tours after 630, and she worked through our busy schedules.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Melissa by a friend of a friend. I was a bit hesitant at first as she is based in Longview. I got in touch with her and we met at the home I was interested in. After talking I learned she has an extensive work history in the Southwest Washington region. Once we agreed to work together, she took over the process. Very little was asked of me other than signing documents. Purchasing this property was a chaotic and stressful process mostly due to the condition of the home and property made it difficult to finance, and the property was an estate. She handled it with ease. At every bump in the road, I would get extremely discouraged until I talked to Melissa. She always had a solution that would allow us to move forward. She had contacts that I utilized for everything needed along the way. Melissa is consistent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, she is networked well and has contacts for literally everything in regards to the real estate industry. And I believe all of that in addition to her many years experience were the biggest players in making this a successful purchase. I wanted this house so bad the very first time I laid my eyes on it, and because of Melissa, I now call it my home. Thank you so much Melissa. You are awesome!!-Joshua Mead-

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Baker referred us to Melissa when we were working on a property where Jessica was the sellers agent. We were so impressed with Melissa that we stuck with her for the rest of our search! Melissa went the extra mile to help us find a WONDERFUL home and got us the terms we needed! Even though we kept going back and forth between bare land and property with homes already on them, she never gave up on us! Excellent agent to work with!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a rental house on the market for over 9 months with another agent. The price we set was below market value and the home should have sold fast. I barely received any attention.Melissa contacted me after my contract expired, and I went with her because she was confident and understood the best way to sell my home.Within 2 weeks she had an offer for me. I wish I found her sooner;)
