This dynamic duo is awesome. They are super nice, easy to approach and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. They made buying a house fun. The process wasnt without its hiccups, but they were very reassuring and encouraging and made everything okay. They contacted our lender directly whenever we had issues. Melissa and her husband Kirk helped us through the entire process of buying our first home. They have been very professional while also being personable. As a Coast Guard family using the Veterans United Home Loan, Melissa took on the challenges of closing our home on time, even with some tough VA loan challenges that have strict guidelines for purchasing a home. I called Melissa to help me find a house on the lower end of the market. She was immediately helpful and supportive. Though as of this review I still have not found a house, it is in no way Melissas fault. Im writing this review because Melissa has been so helpful, and has done so much work on my behalf. She tolerated my discouragement and inspired me to keep searching. She found me a home that suits me best out of everything we looked at, at a price that suited me perfectly and allowed the upgrades I desired. I felt like Melissa was working harder than I was to find my home, and I was exhausting myself. You want to feel like someone represents your interests well when making the largest purchase of your life, and I can say whole-heartedly that I would not be so happy about my new home without Melissas assistance. She found a home for me that suited me better than anything I had found to investigate, and proceeded to find a way to get exactly what I wanted for it, and out of it.
