About Melissa Dondalski

A native of the Chicago North Shore, Melissa Dondalski has lived in the Buena Park, West Loop, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview neighborhoods after attending the University of Notre Dame. She graduated with degrees in Marketing and Spanish from Mendoza College of Business, the #1 ranked undergraduate business school by Bloomberg Businessweek. Before joining @properties, Melissa held marketing and sales positions at General Mills, OfficeMax, General Motors, and Paycom. Fernando is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. He has helped me and my family purchase and sell property. Fernando hands down is the best real state agent out there! My husband and I had been looking into buying a multifamily property in Chicago in summer of 2024 on and off, but since we didn't know much about the process and had lots of questions, we needed a committed agent to help us find our way. I found Fernando on Zillow in August, when I was not happy with the agent we had at the time and he was a true blessing! I was hesitant at first since I didn't know him, but Fernando showed me with his actions that there's no room for hesitation time and time again. He helped us every step of the way from finding the perfect property in September (only 1 short month later!!), securing our loan, inspection, insurance, to even helping us lease our previous property without charging us a penny! He would even pack us snacks when we had a full day of showings on a Saturday! He is truly the BEST! We would definitely reach out to Fernando if we decide to move again in the future but for now we are very happy with how everything turned out!
